Coconut Village Resort

The property is located at a very short distance of about 300 meters to Patong Beach Bus station. Quite a few Indian restaurants are within 1 km walk. The room was maintained well with clean sheets towels etc. All the listed amenities are provided. Breakfast lacks varieties and does not include Indian food on any of the five days I stayed. Did not try the restaurant for lunch or dinner options. one can buy ready to eat food from the next door 7 Eleven stores. since the room was adjacent to the road it was noisy during the night. staff were polite but not helpful. considering Room size and amenities room rent charges is high.

The property was good , can be more service friendly and the food the breakfast spread can be better .

No water for guest, no room cleaning , no room service need to go to counter to ask for any help Even breakfast was also not that great , somehow ok

The stay in coconut village resort was heart warming such a beautiful place and clean environment I would recommend one and all to book a stay in this place... I had a great time with my wife at coconut village resort it's a great place to stay with family and friends such a beautiful environment to have a chill holiday

There are old and renovated rooms. So if your getting a cheap deal on this hotel means that they are giving you old rooms. Every item is to be paid for. For us, one small coffee spoon was missing for which they came to our taxi with a person and retrieved it from our bags else they would charge 50baht. At the time of checkout they thoroughly scan the room for any missing item and even if a small spoon is missing you will be charged. Breakfast is zero for vegetarian. So avoid if your a vegetarian. Location is at the extreme end of Patong Beach. Completely avoidable hotel at all costs.

My check-in was at around 12am and there was only 1 staff at the location. Staff is very rude, they made us pick up our luggage till our room also there was no lift so we had to climb the stairs with our luggage. Rooms are also very sub standard, one of the rooms bathroom had leakage and still they refused to switch the room. Food is also not that great with very less veg options. Would suggest to avoid this hotel and save your money.

It’s a Good Hotel and walking distance 5 min from beach and 15 min walking to Bangla Road. Airport Bus drop to 100 meter and pick from Infront of the Hotel. Also one feedback that the Hotel should have exhaust fan in washroom, though they have window

Provided room was not standard and had requested to switch rooms, switched room was much better. Breakfast was very good with lot of items

Property was neat and clean, rooms were really good. They even provided us the rooms which were interconnected. What disappoints me was the breakfast, not many veg or indian options. The restraunt team was rude not accomodating any minor request they didn't even considered the fact that we were travelling with infant. Definately they need improvement in buffet and customer service. Location wise the property is perfectly placed walking distance to most of the places.

The property is in the heart of city with good spacious rooms and good pool. The staff is v courteous as well. Recommended 9/10

It was amazing stay at coconut village resort. staff is very friendly and helpful location is 10/10 breakfast was awesome but less indian option is available but I love my whole stay during the stay it was my birthday and the decorate my room beautifully 💝🥳 thank you for great hospitality

I recently stayed at Coconut, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was in very poor condition: The room had bugs, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unhygienic. There was no proper lock on the door, which raised safety concerns. The door made a loud, unpleasant noise every time it was opened or closed, adding to the inconvenience. This is far below the standard I expected.

Fantastic Resort at this price point in Phuket. Lovely smiling ambiance…nice location although not on the beach, just 2/3 min walk. Decent spread for breakfast. Hassle free checkin and checkout. Large clean rooms with comfortable beds and attached balcony...Instant service over 1 single phone call.

they have made uss so bad feeling as they have make uss theft making Indian to feel ashamed and bad hospitality too.

I had a pleasant stay at Coconut Village Resort. The location is one of its biggest highlights – just a short walk to the beach and also very close to local markets, which made exploring the area super convenient. The room was clean and well maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. The bathroom deserves a special mention – the bathtub was spacious and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Overall, a good experience, definitely worth considering if you want a comfortable stay near the beach and markets.

The hotel is good. Good location. Just 200 m from sea. 1 km from Bangla street. Breakfast spread is good.
