Grand Supicha City Hotel

Grand supicha is at the heart of old phuket town. We had a very pleasant experience there. Well-maintained rooms and premises. Neat and tidy restrooms and linens. Spacious rooms with nice balcony. The staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was nice. Would highly recommend this place.

The hotel location is little far from shops where you can buy daily needs. The major concern was breakfast. When I booked the hotel, the Booking Voucher which I got from MakeMyTrip mentioned, 'non veg food is not allowed on property '. I was surprised and happy also with the hope to get some good vegetarian food. Honestly, I don't have problem whether the hotel allows non veg food or not. My problem was, contradictorily there was nothing in the breakfast for vegetarians to eat, except bread, butter and jam. They had placed steamed rice in the breakfast buffet. But there was no curry, no vegetable, nothing vegetarian that we can eat with that steamed rice. Everything had either pork,meat or eggs. Somehow we managed with the Sandwich. I am not complaining, but making the travellers aware to be prepared in advance if booking this property. There are other hotels available as options, considering eatable food a right. The staff was good. Rooms were precious!

The rooms are clean and tidy. The staffs are understanding and accommodating. loved their service. note: If you want privacy, don't book the rooms near the swimming pool. the sound proof of the rooms are not great. so you'll hear people talking in other rooms.

Situated just at the right distance from phuket town market, this hotel acted as a clean, cozy and resourceful place for us. Clean rooms, Dim lights, good gym, helpful reception staff - all of it added on to our experience. My wife also got her braids maid by one of the reception staff. That was wonderful. Would definitely recommend

Location is good in the city, nearby indian restaurants. Service is good, staff is polite, friendly and helpful.
