Crest Resort & Pool Villas Phuket

Property is nice, view from the pool is great. The staff is very helpful and polite. If you are a vegetarian, breakfast options are very limited and not very nice, though dining menu offers good veg dishes, but not the breakfast. I felt duped only at one point where i got a normal room but had booked a partial sea view room. Though the room was nice, there was no view of the sea. So might want to keep that in mind while booking. The property is far away, so book only if you want to live in peace. If you want to stay close to the city, don’t go for it or you’ll end up paying just for the cab repeatedly.

Plus: great property, well spread out, good breakfast, kid friendly, free shuttle to beach, nearby 7/11, big comfortable beds minus: far off from patong beach (not walkable, some rooms in basement and not so good views from balcony, didn't get to hear any live music for christmas season

It was a good resort though the rooms were not great at such a price point. We were given a room at extremely low floor which had no view. And also little uncomfortable for senior citizens though they changed it the other day but it caused a little inconvenience.

Beautiful views and peaceful vibes. The infinity pool is a highlight, and the staff is warm. A few service delays, but overall a relaxing and memorable stay. Would definitely return!

We recently had an amazing stay at crest resort. Room was amazing, breakfast was delicious, they provide shuttle service to patong beach every hour. Staff is very lovely and helpful

Property is very beautiful and clean, staff & service is also good but it's not much convenient to visit market place for all the day.

Nice staff, spacious rooms, awesome view & food is good but no indian options apart from that location is near to patong and free shuttle is useful.

Resort has perfect location, great pool and all amenities are very good. Only drawback is indian food.
