Terrible Stay
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and regarding my recent stay booked. It seems we have been severely misled. We booked all our Thailand trip and unfortunately, the stay at 'Patong Rai Rum Resort' in Phuket was deplorable. The room was infested with insects, and the resort's location was incredibly remote, with absolutely no amenities or emergency services accessible at night. We felt unsafe and completely isolated. Given the unacceptable conditions, we immediately vacated the room and were forced to book alternative accommodation in a proper city area, near the beach, at our own expense. I contacted your customer care number regarding this issue and was informed that the booking was non-refundable, and no amount could be refunded. This means the entire cost of our stay at 'Patong Rai Rum Resort' has been wasted due to the substandard and misrepresented conditions of the property.

No food & drinks provided for the hotel bookings and faced some disturbance at the hotel. Not good for the travelers

Excellent Stay
Stay was amazing and rooms were spacious. Since the stay was on a hill everytime we need to take scooty. You can book another which is like at walkable distance from patong beach. But the host was helpful and location is really good.
