I got the property booked through make my trip around 5 pm in the evening and when i went to check in at the Deevana Patong Resort & Spa reception i showed them confirmation of reservation mentioning all the details but they refuse to accept that and told me that their reservation team work only 4:30 in the evening and now they have gone home so they will not be able to check in their system and they asked me to deposit 2000 bath as security which the Deevana Patong Resort & Spa will refund next morning one the reservation team comes. So this is very bad experience.

The location is very near to all the nearby places like patong beach and restaurants. The food is good taste and quality wise but the quantity is small. They have all the amenities but the room areas do not have elevators that could be problem for the elderly people. Rest it's a an excellent place. Spa in the resort is also pretty nice. You can find bike rentals just beside the resort too.

They gave an early check in for us at 1 and that was great. The holiday started of with a positive note. The stay was comfortable and the breakfast spread was elaborate and delicious. As we had a tour on the last day of our stay we had to checkout in the morning but there was excellent locker room facilities for us to take a shower and freshen before our departure which was good.

Stayed at the resort for 4 nights . We were given an early check in which was of great help. The locker room facilities available for after checkout was excellent. We had a flight at 11 pm and since we went on a tour we checked out at 8 am. We could keep our luggage and also on return from our tour we could use shower and toilet in the locker room which was much appreciated.

Very good resort with clean room, helping staff, nice spa and massage with good price, buffet can be improved with more vegetarian options, easily accessible to Walking street and all restaurants. We were group of 16 and were very happy with the resort facility .

Staff attitude is very welcoming and supportive. Location is perfect and in middle of patong city. Among other stays in phuket and krabi, this is the best staff i have encountered with.

Clean and please any room with private jacuzzi . There is two big swimming pool along with kids section, which is also adding a beauty to the hostel.
