Our recent stay at your hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was poorly maintained — dirty linens, a foul smell, and a malfunctioning air conditioner made it very uncomfortable. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, and basic amenities like hot water and proper housekeeping were missing. Noise levels were unbearable, and the overall hygiene was far below acceptable standards. This was certainly not what we expected after seeing the listing and photos online. Unfortunately, this experience ruined part of our trip, and we would not recommend this hotel to others. A serious improvement in service and cleanliness is needed.

familyThe hotel is on a hill, so walking to the rooms can be a little tiring. Service and hospitality was beyond appreciation. All our requests were accommodated. We stayed in the ocean view room, its a big room and has a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. The best part of the hotel is the view from the rooms, dining area and swimming pool. The breakfast was was very fresh, very few vegetarian / vegan options! overall a 5 star experience!

The hotel was nice but the pool was disappointing and no nice restaurants or massage places close by Kata Beach is 20min drive. The view from the room is stunning. It's a nice property if you want to be only in the hotel and not venture out.
