Patong Beach Hotel

Memorable stay in a sea view room.

Stayed for 4 nights from 29th Jan 2020. Pros : great location, 5 min walk to the beach/famous Bangla Road and just about everything, friendly staff, big pool and well-equipped gym, lots of sun beds, provided 3 beach/pool towels which can be replaced at the reception, large comfortable bed, hot and cold water 24 hours. Cons : Delux room decor very thai like (colorful) not everyone s liking, loud music from nearby clubs audible in rooms at night. Tip prefer room in sunrise wing/superior wing (doesn't have lift), main building only colorful deluxe rooms up to 10 floors with lift.

It is a very spacious and beautiful hotel and the main positive point about it is that it is situated very near to the walking area of the Phuket. The hotel is made aesthetically, full of greenery and emanates certain sense of positivity. The only minus point is its staff is very methodical. We reached at around 1 pm in the hotel, and they are having rooms available. We are senior citizens, and they didn't allow us to make an early check in. It was only a minute pass 2pm we were allowed to go the room. Otherwise, the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Recommended.

The stay was refreshing. The view from ocean view balcony was amazing. One could enjoy the feeling of being on a Beach without actually being there

Hotel is situated at good location near Bangla street and opposite to Patong Beach. Except location nothing good with the hotel. Rooms are old and not maintained properly. Rooms are small and that bathroom is too small. They have tub bath which is placed on stones and every time intake bath it moves up and down. Terrible bad. Rooms cleanliness is also bad, it has cockroach and ant in the rooms. Swimming pool is good. We did not had food so cannot comment also staff is non cooperative. Overall no value for money and after paying so high price you feel cheated.

It was a great experience for us and surely we will be again visit there.

The location of the Hotel made it very convenient. Plus rooms were very well maintained n neat.

Nice location, opposite to the beach and near to Bangla road. They have 2 swimming pools. They provide beach towels and if you are going out early on any trip they even provide you a breakfast box(inform reception beforehand). Good maintenance, but a little dated interior.

Good place to relax after three day. Amazing ambience, amazing staff. Very near to the beach.

The location of the hotel is one of the best you can get in Patong. The staff was rude and unwelcoming. There wasn't anyone to help with the luggage at 5 am when I checked out. The breakfast was very very sad. Very sad and upsetting.

Bad security staff no response

The Hotel look like if we huge but when the boy give me a Key room Key the room size is so small and the bathroom is so small not a perfect room.

This Hotel is in front of Patong Beach and near main market and nightlife bars.

The location was great. Very close to the entertainment area.
