location is a bit far from bangla road by walking. The food is not upto the mark, it was very oily and breakfast had very less options.The service was decent and the rooms were clean

The rooms, meals & restaurant, pool, amenities etc. were all excellent, and the stay was relaxing. The only drawback is that Patong Beach is a little distance away although the hotel provide free drop facility to beach

Good for families but for a group of friends.. Its far from Bangla Street & other attractions. Restaurant had good taste but over expensive. Staff was really helpful & friendly. They extended out late checkout gracefully. Only reason I wouldn't repeat is the location.

This place has amazing pool and views, very good budget hotel. Just the food taste can be better. If they improve the taste, I 100% recommend it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rules and regulations are extremely strict, to the point where it feels more like a hostel or government lodge than a place meant for relaxation. There is no flexibility at all — everything is overly controlled and staff are not cooperative if you need any small favor or adjustment. What’s worse, the hotel is divided into two separate buildings, and they don’t properly inform you about this during booking. If you’re staying in the second building, you have to walk back and forth to the main building even for basic things like check-in, food, or service requests. It’s highly inconvenient, especially at night or in bad weather. Rooms are average at best. No proper room service. Security keeps checking unnecessarily, which feels intrusive and uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend this place if you're looking for a smooth, welcoming, or guest-friendly experience. There are better options nearby that treat customers with more respect and flexibility.

Room were good except washroom design Wet area was half open due to which entire foyer and bathroom get slippary. Food was also not so good in Room service. buffet was good for Indians

A perfect stay for Indians. Friendly staff, Tasty food from the restaurant. Awesome bar at the 8th floor with beautiful view and swimming pool.

Overall experience was good . Location is decent at 200 meters we have 7 eleven store available from where we can get everything we want to purchase. Pool bar is great . Restaurant is good they have variety of indians breakfast menu available. Room was spacious enough BUT there is no sunlight available due to which entire time your room floor and clothe remain humid. Rest everything was ok

Room I was in was having moisture and bad smell. On informing room service they had taken care of it. Overall a good experience, nice location to stay at Patong

Location- good, near to Patong beach (5-7 minutes drive). Taxis, Tuk tuks easily available. Bangla road (walking street) also about 8-10 minutes drive.. Overall, nicely located property.. FOOD- we tried only veg Indian food and it was great.. BUFFET BREAKFAST- not much options for vegetarians but tasty food.. CLEANLINESS- hotel, beds, rooms, washroom and common areas were very clean and nicely maintained. Swimming pool was also clean and beautifully maintained.. ROOM SERVICE- was fast and good.. STAFF- courteous and supportive in every respect... overall- MOST COMFORTABLE STAY AT NORMAL PRICE..
