Location- good, near to Patong beach (5-7 minutes drive). Taxis, Tuk tuks easily available. Bangla road (walking street) also about 8-10 minutes drive.. Overall, nicely located property.. FOOD- we tried only veg Indian food and it was great.. BUFFET BREAKFAST- not much options for vegetarians but tasty food.. CLEANLINESS- Journeyhub Phuket Patong, beds, rooms, washroom and common areas were very clean and nicely maintained. Swimming pool was also clean and beautifully maintained.. ROOM SERVICE- was fast and good.. STAFF- courteous and supportive in every respect... overall- MOST COMFORTABLE STAY AT NORMAL PRICE..

Resort location is far from property .resort is good but breakfast option for Indian very less .Staff is polite and humble and shuttle service free of cost to and fro from resort to beach is unique selling point of this resort . Monkeys are hovering around and in my case in our absence entered room and make room very dirty by throwing things on floor . Overall it was a good stay and we enjoyed it .

Nice roof top swimming pool with best view of sea cons- 1. Same breakfast option for 2 days of my stay 2. Limited indian breakfast option 3. Bit far from patong beach and bangla street. 4. Property is located away from the beach; around 2 kms and although there is a shuttle it operates only 3 times a day and needs 45 mins prior booking. Rooms were good and spacious and clean. The pool on the top was good as well. Breakfast spread was disappointingly small for a Journeyhub Phuket Patong of its size.

little away from main area, but walkable, good neat nice Journeyhub Phuket Patong , good spread breakfast with lots of Indian items, good restaurant serving Indian food , good infinity pool , 24 hr gym, lobby at 8th floor, good smiling staff cons no balcony open space for drying clothes , worth the money
