We stayed just one day on our last day in Brussels. It was definitely value for money. Real cozy room with clean bed sheets and toilets. Extra - complimentary gym and sauna. We did not try the restaurant. We had already made reservations. Con- It is bit away from the happenings. Near the EU zone of office.

Friendly and clean, but rooms are quite small, not as big as in photos. There is no AC in rooms and windows are block to open, so it's no air in the room. However, staff was friendly, kitchen for everybody and many entertainment for young people, who want to have fun.

I was given a room at the 7th floor. The lift could only be used up to the 6th floor and I had to carry my luggage to the room from the stair(20 steps) and no assistance was provided to me, though I have told the receptionist that I had a problem with my leg . A colleague of mine was travelling with me and had booked her room from another side. Her room was good enough situated on the 2nd floor. Asking for a room also in the second floor I got a negative answer with the excuse that there was no availability and because I have chosen the particular side to make my reservation which in the future I should avoid. The room was completely unacceptale very small, even no place for the luggage and in order to get into the shower I had to climb anoter three stairs that was really difficult as the floor was very slippery and there was not an attachment to hold on getting out. Before using the room I asked again to be given another room whatever the size but at least with a bathroom at the same level. The receptionist who was really impolite he denied and told me that I could asked again in the morning and he insisted on his point of view that partly I was to be blamed for having this room as I have chosen this side to book. It was like he wanted to punish me. The next morning I was given another room of the same size but at least having the shower at the same level. The receptionist in the morning had a very good behaviour and admitted that this paticular room was available from the previous night. Anywaty the room I have seen in the side when booking had not any similarity with the one I was given. I am travellin for so many years and I never had such an experience

I stayed for a conference and a extra day of leisure. On the extra day I was able to cycle to the grand place using the city bikes that are located close to the hotel. I enjoyed my stay here. The free airport pick was also very efficient and helpful.

Walls are so thin that you can very clearly hear sound of luggage movement and people talking. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut as the handle was broken. There was a dead insect in liquid soap put near wash basin. Shower wouldn’t hold up on one place. There were steps in the room making it difficult to move luggage. Men at the reception didn’t have a smile and care a **** about your problems.

This was an excellent hotel with a perfect location, very close to the shopping district and 10 min walk to the Grand Place. The staff was courteous to guide us to the main attractions. We didn't have breakfast here since it was expensive ... 23 euros per person. There are enough options to have breakfast within walking distance.

Good location, facilities are standard. Breakfast is not very encouraging and after two days it, losses interest to go fro the breakfast. The surroundings seems OK, but late evening feels little unsafe. Lifts are little slow. When I visited, it was summer, and in day time it was hot, but the AC's are fully automatic and which can not be controlled manually causing lot of sweating in the room.

Very simple basic rooms, affordable compared to others. A bit hard to find. Walls were not that thick, could hear drunken partyers at 3AM.

SOLDOUT * for selected dates
The city tax levied by hotel was quite high for per night. As per their bill it was supposed to be cheaper per night. Still final figure was inflated. The noise outside the room was very disturbing during the night.

Centrally located. Grand place, Manneken pis, The Square etc. Are all at a walking distance from this hotel. Brussels central is just behind the hotel. Lots of restaurants around. There is a very nice chocolate shop attached to this hotel which makes and sells excellent Belgian chocolates.

Superb hotel. Excellent location for those arriving via Eurostar as adjoins station. Excellent breakfast choice. Great value for money. Quick check-in and fortunately there was a room available even though we had arrived some hours earlier than the normal time. They also kept our luggage for us during the day after check-out. Highly recommended. Would certainly go back.

The rooms are small and clean and the hotel is placed close to the metro, but everything is self service. The room does not have half the things and for the smallest of things you need to call the reception and at the end, you would only have to go down and get it. Good for Solo travelers may be. But definitely not good for family or couples where basic amenities would be needed in the room.

Excellent location. It is at walking distance from Grand Place. Its tall building can be easily located from a distance. Availed the weekend offer for breakfast 27 euros for 2 person. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very cooperative and helpful.

I went for a small trip to Brussels with my 4 friends and found this hotel in outskirts of Brussels but my thinking was it would be just nice or say comsesomsa . But the hotel was really superb . When I would be visiting Brussels would definitely book this hotel again.

This place is very close to the metro station. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is helpful and friendly. It was very few hotels to include breakfast at no additional cost. Highly recommended place in Brussels.

The Rooms were of a decent size and is good for a couple only. The hotel was clean and neat. The location is fantastic- walking distance to the station and the city square - which has all the restaurants, cafes and chocolate showrooms. Would definitely come back to this hotel for the location and the value for money. The breakfast is also worth it At 7. 5 euros a person, you cannot have a better breakfast anywhere in Europe

Hotel is located very near(walk-able) to most of the attractions. The room we were given was not located in the Hotel corridor rather it was located next to hotel stairways and seemed very cornered. Room seemed very old and unclean though washrooms were clean.
