Negatives are the hotel is located on a hill, not easy to access, especially with luggage or after a long day of walk. Beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. The insulation is very bad. Internet is more than 9 Euros a day and parking is 12 Euros a night, very expensive. Positives are people at the reception are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is 8 Euros but you can find cheaper in many places around.

Recommended by a friend. The hotel is good value for money, staff is friendly and breakfast is sumptuous. Would like to suggest that the room should have tea or coffee making facilities. Most hotels nowadays have. Also, bathroom should be more user-friendly. For instance, no hooks to hang a towel in or near shower cabin.

Very good hotel, with executive location- in heart of Lisbon. The staff was very kind and pleasant. Close to the hotel there is 2 old tram- N28 and Gloria, menu restaurants and good places. I really want to recommend this good hotel.

Excellent location with good room and breakfast. Very near to metro station and a main monument of Lisbon. I stayed here for two days and really enjoyed the time. Even the Hotel balcony and bar is very good. Reception staff is good. Overall, a good value for money.

The hotel is perfectly located for anyone with an early flight to catch! Make sure the cab charges no more than 10 Euro. Location apart, the hotel is value for money - the staff is warm and welcoming, service is responsive and the rooms are well appointed. The restaurant is basic. The bar is open 24X7. Highly recommended!

The hotel is centrally located. Staff are helpful and friendly. It was a repeated stay at the hotel and despite the initial hiccup with the hotel pick up, the staff were very obliging. The continental buffet breakfast is also varied and tasty. Highly recommend.
