Hotel is ok if you are going for some business summit, not for vacation. Check-in is very poor. Hotel is very close to Belorusskaya Metro station which is a ring route metro so you can reach anywhere easily in Moscow. Food is good. Hotel have an in-house money exchange too.

The hotel is meant for large groups. I stayed for 5 nights and while the bathroom used to be cleaned, I do not think the carpet was vacuum-cleaned everyday. Also, the reception staff were always so busy that they could not be helpful. Wi-Fi was not working well in the room, even after I changed my room. A bellboy who was called to transfer my luggage to the other room, was extremely rude and shamelessly handed me a heavy bag to carry, while he simply rolled my suitcase to the other room.

The Radisson SAS Slavyanskaya Hotel in Moscow was once one of the best hotels in Moscow. You notice now that the hotel has gotten older. Some of the rooms are needed in small renovations. The price money is as usual in Moscow is not very good. The location is great. Near the railway station and the Red Square is accessible on foot. Despite its central location, the rooms are quiet. The breakfast has a good selection of food and the standard is appropriate.

The hotel was very close to the airport and they had a shuttle from the airport. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Free WiFi, overall very good experience. I really enjoyed my time here and I would recommended it to anyone else.

Very nice rooms Excellent service Centralized location, easy to go anywhere from hotel I had lost my Mobile, hotel staff Mr. Wajim held me lot to get through driver number and card number and did good efforts to get back my Mobile. Lacking vegitarian food, but not big issued, as hotel is very near from Indian restaurant Khajurao.

I travelled to Moscow for business and stayed for a week. I had chosen Astrus hotel for accommodation. I stayed in 27 floor. In Moscow English conversion is very difficult but in this hotel they managed. Cleanliness to be improved. But really value for money. Many choices near hotel restaurants.

It has good facilities and the service is bounces from bad to good then bad again, very average, although some members of the staff have a very friendly attitude. The main restaurant, where breakfast and dinner is served needs a lot of improvement when it comes to quality, it is below average. The hotel is not far from the city center by train, but the area where it is located is a bit strange, always people around begging for money or help. The place seems to be good for a more mature people (late 50s). Also, it is a bit odd the fact that you have to show your room key card and provide your name to the security person every time you go up to your room.

We are frequent travellers .. Have travelled more than 60 countries world wide .. We found Hotel Hilton as horrible one ... Staff isn't courteous ... They are virtually extortionist ... My child had spilled some water on small position of carpet and we were made to pay 50, 000 Rubles .. It was simply extortion ... When we complained with staff then we were threatened that if we don't pay 5000 then 'State Russia' will take action against us as that hotel belongs to State Russia .. We were kept awake till 230AM in morning till the time we agreed to pay huge ransom ... Being in foreign land, we had no option but to cough up 5000 Roubles, which jeopardised our further trip ... Only when I threatened to report back this extortion to Indian authorities, then I could get back 15000 Roubles two days later ... Its a classic case of high handedness and extortion from helpless foreign citizens by showing fear of Police ... I have travelled more than 60 countries but have never faced such high handedness ... I would have never given 5000 Roubles, had I not been in foreign land, with family and kids ... It was cold blooded extortion ...
