Good stay and good approach from airport and nice staff and pool also everything is fine and comfortable

Stayed Four days.... Good Room, silent location and staff was also good.. Received same breakfast in whole days, Far away from Bangla Walking Street and Patong Beach...

best location and staff is very good they are very helpful 🙂 And here everything in walking distance like patong beech and market and the staff is very helpful they help . cleaning and service is very fast

very congested rooms, room service not upto the mark...one has to give multiple reminders to the reception for usage of any additional facilities or services. Services were very slow, buffet area for meals quite far from Hotel. And last but not least they are very stringent about security deposit of 1000 Baht..which has to be deposited during check in, for the first time I saw any hotel asking such huge amount as security deposit.

The experience was average, as the hotel has certain policies tailored for Indian guests. However, the service quality was poor—there was no assistance with luggage, and reception calls were either ignored or diverted. The overall attitude felt somewhat unprofessional.

Rooms were neat and clean and very close to market! very pleasant stay.

The bf is not up to the mark for indians. The hotel doesn't provide toiletries, can you imagine? further, they were debating with a guest for the towel in soiled condition. The towel if used will obviously be soiled. If you can explore other options in the range, please do explore.

Close to patong beach, and yon a beach clubs pier, have options in breakfast for vegetarian indians. Clean and hygiene rooms. Indian restaurant at ground floor.

I’ve checked in the ashlee plaza hotel and this was my 5th time i’ve stayed but this time i was not at all happy while checking out they charged me 150 bhats for pillow cover which i haven’t done anything as i was hardly in the room to sleep and they charged me for the pillow stain which was easily washable in laundry, hence fourth they must show the room to every customer before checking inn so that they won’t charge any false to customer for me ashlee is ban forever from my side

The location was good but the room's amenities are old. Breakfast was good. Patong beach is just 10 minutes walking distance. Hawkers market is very close to the hotel

From starting in one pillow cover has black spot on it. I forgot to inform in starting. When we check out they charged 150 bhat for that black spot. This is not acceptable. Please remove this hotel from your app or can you please help me to get my money back refund because that was not my fault.

The rooms are good. Although there are a few negatives. We were in hurry of checkout. The hotel took it as an opportunity to charge incorrectly. We were charged incorrectly for a missing spoon which wasn't there in the first place. They have a huge rate list for everything. Its not a baby friendly place as we were not allowed to take the food for baby to eat later. Nor there are any baby food options in the menu.

service is bad, hotel is very much focused on how to make money out of dental kit, little dirt over bedsheet or pillow cover is charged huge… towels keep missing once room service is done, service is overall pathetic

Great hotel, good maintenance, ambiance is not bad, perfect location from beach, the staff is polite

No toothpaste and brush in the restroom. We have to pay for that. Room given in the annexure building which is not at all clean. No south indian dishes in the breakfast and the dishes given are not good/tasty. Please don't book to this hotel at any cost.

Thi hotel is near to beach and market which is so comfortable and the ambience and atmosphere is awesome
