Villa Sonata Phuket

Location was quiet good but very far from beaches. Staff and hospitality was was worst. Dont go for breakfast package specially indians as they have bery limited choices. Only sandwich is offered. Overall stay was average.

We stay for 4 days, the staff is very unprofessional. No one knows the language and if you try to explain through google translator they will not listen. No phone in room to connect to reception you have to go there every-time for every issue. We can back from a tour and there was no water in villa, we requested to fill it, but they said it will be done in morning. It morning it toll 4hoirs to fill it half as they have only single pipe. So there was no use of buying this villa d as we didn't even use it properly. Location is very far from city you have to spend baht daily it you want to go anywhere in the main patong.

Property is located in isolation. No nearby restaurants for food and drinks. Private pool is always dirty. Staff is very poor with english, very ill mannered. Nobody is at the reception most of the time, so if you face any issue, you are on your own. They don’t clean the room everyday. I booked 2 rooms. Bathroom was clogged in one from 1st day. Bathtub was not working. There is no food in the hotel. Worst hotel experience ever. Never book this property.

Location = too far inside from road and 20 mins walk to nearest store. Minimum 30 mins away from any tourist attraction. Must get a scooter before check in. Food = very less variety of food. Cold breakfast was served. Better eat outside but no nearby outlets. Hygiene = rooms were clean. Water was smelling though. Swimming pool not clean at all. Safety = staff is less but wears mask. Security is fine.

This is probably the best place if you just want to chill with your partner. It is away from all the chaos and located in the midst of a forest-like town. Full of trees and greenery, you're bound to love this place if you're a nature lover.
