It is better to book Radisson blu which is just there in the same lane. WiFi is poor as there are many routers installed so you have to keep on changing. Hotel is having good ambience. It is clean and rooms are comfortable. But the service is not good as it should be.

Located very close to Dam square. Looks like a coffee shop at first, but do not let it fool you. Very clean and spacious. Pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms are average size, but comfortable. Tesco located right across the street, plus many other shopping options. Will definitely recommend.

Everything was good, a room, service, staff. A bit disturbed by noise at night, lots of bars and clubs. The location is very good, the astronomical clock 5 minutes walk. Near the center, the palladium, the Albert store.

This is quaint little hotel right in the Josefov district. Step outside and you are right in Old Prague. This is a several hundred years old house part of a church or convent complex. Very well restaured, if you look at the hotel, our room was the three last windows on the right, first floor , in american parlance. It has heating but I didnt see aircond for the summer months. We where happy with the hotel, food, service and location, we would use it again. One caveat, if you drive to Prague, as we did, be prepare to fork about 25 euros par day for a public, secure parking.

We had a nice stay. The location is perfect for tourists. Near to station. The area around the hotel is lively and exciting. They keep having concerts there. Plus it is a no car zone. So easy to roam around. The breakfast they serve is their best offering.

Thie hotel was situated in the heart of Prague. It was very conveniently located to the Charles Bridge, River Danube and the shopping districts in Prague. The staff was very helpful and booked tours and transportaion which were to our suitable needs. The concierge was also very informed and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will also stay on my next visit to Prague.

Best thing about EA is it has 24/7 shop right in front and it's so cool to get your drinks and to munch even 3 at night. Loved the connectivity with tram and bus. Enjoyed our 4 night stay throughout with awesome breakfast

Hotel is near to Prague main railway station. Approached by foot or can be done by metro. Location is awesome. Breakfast was good, decent spread. WALKING distance from old square, room could be improved, but staff was courteous and attended immediately to needs

We stayed for a night here and 'great Indian stay' recommendation from make my trip really helped as the hotel was surrounded by many Indian restaurants, and the location was really central and nearby all major attractions. However, coming to the rooms, they are quite small, old, and bathrooms are also not that good. On contrary, the hotel staff is really supportive and helpful.

I have never ever been treated so rudely in a hotel in my life. The staff were the most unwelcoming and nastiest girls I have ever come across in all the places I have ever been! I had read that on trip advisor but never took too much notice of it because I have read bad reviews of other places that turned out to be very enjoyable for me. But believe me when I say that I would never ever recommend this place to anyone, and the service I received totally ruined my first day of my vacation! Very very disappointing to say the least. The reason I never left a rating for the food is because I would never have had a meal in the hotel for fear of ignorant staff and it wasn’t just the odd member of staff that was unpleasant it was all of them!
