Amazing property, very clean beach and amazing pool area, great Indian food at breakfast, staff is very good

I had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien Phuket. The property is stunning, with direct beach access, beautiful pools, and lush surroundings that create a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering great comfort. The staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was impressive with plenty of delicious options. Overall, it was a perfect mix of luxury and tranquility, and I’d love to return on my next trip to Phuket

I’m black member of MMT group but as I booked hotel in phuket le meridian resort I’m getting very bad services and pay extra charges at hotel and no Indian for for my family. Here I’m come to enjoy my holiday but due to this hotel my holiday completely destroy. I want to make a complaint against this hotel for bad services and bad staff . They don’t know how to speak guest and how to give gesture to guest.

The hotel is nice location wise. Beach is also quite nice and clean. But the property is quite old and need some maintenance and upgrades.

Le Meridien has always been my first preference when it comes to staying at a hotel. No matter which country you’re in this hotel makes u not miss your home. Morning buffet at this hotel is the thing that gets me very excited at this hotel, the staff at the hotel was very polite always greeting and making sure everything was up to the mark. When it comes to the room it was 10/10, the bed was very comfortable, the interior was really nice. The other thing i liked about my stay in le Méridien phuket was the gym!! It was the best gym i have ever seen in my life, it had great machines and good staff with just 1000 baht for a personal trainer which was also very helpful and even gave me a-lot of advice for future training. Its a beautiful property and if you’re looking for a place to spend your holidays then u wont have to look far and just go with le Meridien phuket beach resort!

Everything was great. Its an excellent place for a family vacation. Beautiful beach location, a great variety of restaurants, staff was very good all through, our rooms were very nice. On top of this, Chef Harish took excellent care of our meals as we had 2 members with dietary restrictions. We are definitely coming back

The resort has breathtaking views of the ocean. Well managed and clean. The food is amazing. Has several activities to relax and unwind.

The resort is on the beach and the view of the beach is breathtaking. One can easily spend the entire day doing various activities in the resort. The food is amazing and the night music on the beach is a great way to unwind.

Worst food, expired date juice provided. Not even bedsheets were changed daily. Got sick after having food.

Excellent property with a beautiful private beach and great swimming pools. There are three big swimming pools and most of them are quite deep. So for people interested in swimming. It is a great opportunity plus, the private beach is fabulous and clean with great beach bar service.

Rooms were too small, and the room that was allotted to us on the first night, smelt of dampness, the floor was also quite wet may be because of the condensation, service during breakfast was not upto the mark, they need to brush up on guest services or will be left out, location and the property otherwise was good, buffet spread was good and food quality was good too

The room i was given was not up to the standards i anticipated from a hotel of this caliber.

Rooms were too small for given price, cramped size for that price. Seems not worth more than 50. We requested for a third bed and reception was super confused, till midnight 1 am it was not done, multiple calls. Reception was asking to pay extra, which was already done at the time of check-in. Reception folks were in-silos and no idea on the request, at the end it was done 1:30 am or so. Completely not expected from this chain of hotel, totally unprofessional and lack of responsibility. Not to the hotel, but one thing need to keep in mind is, hotel is just 3 km from Phuket patong beach, but grab/other taxi service charges 300-400 thb,

The property is amazing with a beautiful private beach. It has multiple activities option ranging from sports, entertainment & fun. Ideal for family as it is a kid friendly place too. Not far from patong beach & jungcelyon mall.
