The location of hotel is perfect though they dont have sea view rooms. The staff is courteous and helpful. Over all service is good. Cook was willing to customise the food as per your need. Breakfast has options for indian vegetarian food. Rooms, lifts were ok, you might feel furniture etc little old but i personally didnt find any problem with it. I stayed for 2 days and stay was satisfactory.

A large hotel right opposite the beach and very close to the happening spots of Phuket. Very convenient with food joints, variety of restaurants, money exchange places, malls, etc. all in the vicinity. Overall great location, helpful staff, large food spread.

Lovely property at great location , accessible to beach within walk , and local shopping including good restaurant. Good staff , nice and tasty food , though restricted in menu , Loved it . Recommended

The Resort is under renovation. Kudos to Jeff (F & B Mgr) and his team for the excellent Breakfast , and, for the service levels. The Front Office staff , except for Lisa & Nook, were unfriendly and aloof. Special mention about Lisa. Rooms are good. I expected larger rooms, though. The Air Conditioning was terrible. Despite our complaints, the AC Technicians could not set right the issue. It was freezing cold and extremely uncomfortable. Housekeeping services were excellent! Location is great. The Beach is less than 100 Metres away. Restaurants, Bars, Spas, Street-side shopping - available in plenty. All in all , a 3/5 rating.

Whole resort was under construction. Dust everywhere. TV provided was of no use,since i was not able to screen cast or use any OTT platform

Our stay at Doubletree by Hilton was fresh and amazing. The in-house made cookies at the check in was truly remarkable. The breakfast spread here is really Indian-friendly with Dosa option especially. The pool is mesmerising and one of the best I have been too. The jacuzzi within the pool is appreciative.

Very nice and comfortable stay. Family friendly, nice staff, rooms very tiddy, friendly staff and nervy all locations.

The location is good but the hotel was under renovation at that time we stayed and we were not informed and also the room sizes are comparatively smaller

The property was very good. The staff was very hospitable and ready to help at all times. The best part about the property was their food. It was excellent and even the spread of buffet breakfast was outstanding. The rooms also were super comfortable and the service was very good.

Excellent and really well maintained, helpful staff and clean pools. Very near to Patong beach, hardly 2 mins walk from hotel to the beach. Good breakfast and dinner though Indian food options are very minimal.

reception staff was rude. at the time booking in video there was chat counter. but there was not good indian my evening buffet not any single indian food.location was ok. not good vibes in lobby.

Excellent stay and well lit up rooms. The location is in the centre of patong beach area with cafes overlooking the beach. Nice breakfast area and manageable for vegetarians

Hotel was good but the hospitality what they are providing was awesome. Pool was nice and they maintained the pool very well

it's the worse hotel is under going construction and it won't tell you that price for this hotel should not be more than 5000 a night more over they charge me 800 Bhatt for airport for cab and they called a super uncomfortable van for it

The hotel is ideally located, Within walking distance to the beach. The pool was great and the food was good too. Lovely stay .

Hotel is walking distance to patong beach and has all main attractions of near by. But property is not value for money.

Nice property, comfortable rooms, great location, amazing beach shack, great restaurant. Everything was good about property including service. Only thing this property need to change is the food option for Indian food. We stayed for long so we started missing Indian food but hotel have no Indian food choice including almost nothing in breakfast which can be called Indian. They need to hire Indian chef. So if Indian food is not issue then this property is very nice.
