Sira Grande Hotel Patong

Room size was very compact and food was not good in breakfast

No room services available between 1600 hrs to 0800 hrs ( midnight ). If you are going to checkout at night for flight and all, you have to take your luggage to reception on your. No one is there for you at night.

Tv was kept on sofa instead of at its location on wall. No electrician is here for any electricity issue. No cleaner is there in night in case of emergency.

Not able to checkin

I booked this hotel (sira grande) for three days, when i reached the hotel the receptionist said our booking was cancel-led due to wrong tariff show in the app. So they said they mailed makemytrip to inform us about the booking cancellation and refund. But from makemytrip end we haven’t received any mail or call regarding this issue. Worst experience with makemytrip and please do booking with other service providers.

Location is ok. I didn't find many options for food in menu. Safety deposit box was a problem all the time. So had to call staff to open it many times. Staff service was good.

Excellent stay with good service and would love to come back to stay there and also recommend others too.

Location was okay. Hotel don't stand for 3 star. Room is small for 3 persons, air conditioner not proper working, over all average hotel, don't go by its outside look.

Service is not good as compared with other hotel like ashlee plaza. You need to pick luggage by yourself to your room and also reception staff attitude is not good. Locationwise it's better then most of the others hotel of same category. Please check carefully if you want to include breakfast in your package.

We wanted to stay near the Bangla road after a lot if search on makemytrip. Com I found this sira worth each penny, nice swimming pool, spa, very good staff and helpful. Car park available and Safe location.

Location is Near to all attraction. About 10 to 15 min walking distance Patang beach and Main market. OK Breakfast. Limited Vegetarian Food in Breakfast. It is all and Every where in Thailand and have to manage with limited available Vegetarian Food.

- Nice location, very near to Patong beach and Bangla road yet far from all noise. - Good and clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff. - Water is yellow in color and swimming pool water is salty like sea water, water tanks are not placed at clean location could be the reason.

This property is located 200 meters from the most happening place of the city. Small but cozy rooms. Choose the room with balcony if you are a smoker. Got a good deal on MakeMyTrip as compared to the rack rate. So with the online rate it was a total value for money.

Hotel staff was excellent. Always had a smile on their face. Very helpful. Good food. Close proximity to the beach, mall, night market and main bazaar, keep it up. Highly recommended and yes rooftop swimming pool. Happy us.
