Everything was excellent! Everything was good swimming pool views from top of the hotel and room was also good. Every time shower with hot water. Were there or all good room.

My stay was amazing . Loved their infinity pool . What a cozy vibe . Rooms were big and clean . Very spacious room and the balconies are also very nice . Nice resort . Friendly staff . Amazing service

Amazing location and very amazing staff , rooms are very good and clean. I was staying in Junior Suite, All Room Sizes are very good as we had 5 rooms all together and the Swimming pool is wow and not to miss on the 7th floor just the view is mesmerising... It’s a New Property, I stayed for 7 nights really felt like home, I had the best stay in Patong this time. Beach is just across the road and if i have to mention names Miss MO at the reception she was so kind and courteous. And Mr. Joe Duty Manager he was an amazing person with a nice smile and always ready to help you... even at breakfast met Mr. Jeab the Executive Chef was like very down to earth and cool person and also miss Gasalong Jum also very helpful in restaurant. All the concierge staff good, Housekeeping no need to ask they will come everyday and make up the room so well and neat n clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Best hotel to book in ****et very good service and staff very helpful and always ready to help you. I have tried 3 to 4 properties there, but i have find this one. The best one even for the higher price. Also this is the worth it location of the resort is also very best. It’s like very near the pangong beach, and everything is accessible from here like market 7-eleven. Also, the walking straight from here is the walking distance like you need to walk for 15 to 20 minutes.

Not a good hotel, kindly avoid. They won’t give service. They will charge for everything even for water.

Hotel Was excellent but it’s not in city centre however it was great stay. Hotel at - karabi hotel panan was really excellent was very close to beach ao nag. Hotel at phuket was also great, all there was great hospitality and great food. However indian food was not available.

Room is spacious and the property is close to Patong beach. Rooftop swimming pool with beach view is the highlight of this property.

Very poor house keeping staff, no manners how to behave with foreigners. Poor service always foul smell in lift and surrounding area

The location of this resort is very good a walking distance to the beach, the staff is cordial, friendly and very helpful, i got an early check in and late check out. The food is very tasty and affordable and breakfast is awesome. The rooms are spacious clean and perfect

Amazing resort. Situated right next to patong beach. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were too cozy. We even got an upgrade to private pool villa. The infinity pool in the evening is just amazing.
