We are very surprised by your review because much of it is not true. Let’s clarify the facts: Lift: Our hotel is low-rise. No OTA platform ever claimed we have a lift. Bellboys: We do not have bellboys. Guests handle their own luggage. Your room was on the 2nd floor, not the 3rd. Breakfast: Most guests are vegetarian. Our breakfast is largely vegetarian-friendly. In-room phones: None of our listings promise in-room phones. Reception is always available. Water: Your room had water. There was a temporary issue, and we offered showers at our affiliated hotel. You chose to move there yourself. You stayed only one night of your booking. Despite our efforts, you left immediately. Calling this “the worst stay ever” is unfair and inaccurate. Your review misrepresents reality and ignores the efforts our team made to help you.

Thank you for sharing your opinion, although it seems quite far from the reality that both we and many of our other guests experience daily. 1.Our property is located only a 5-minute walk from the beach. In fact, many of our guests enjoy that short walk because it allows them to take in the local surroundings on the way — which they often describe as part of the charm of staying here. 2.Regarding “major attractions,” we are surprised by your comment. Other guests consistently highlight how conveniently close our hotel is to everything they want to do in the area. 3.As for your claim that our staff were “rude”: that is simply not possible. During your stay, you appeared very happy, and we even have the clear example of the night you arrived late — our female staff personally carried your heavy luggage upstairs for you, despite us not having a bellboy service. Hardly the act of “rudeness.” You also booked a family room directly with us, and you seemed satisfied throughout your stay, which makes your comment all the more confusing. Nevertheless, thank you again for your feedback. We will leave it to future guests to see for themselves which version of events sounds more believable.

Regarding your note on luggage service: as we do not employ a bellboy service, our guests usually manage their own bags. On occasions when assistance is required, our team are always happy to step in — and in fact, many guests find the short walk to their room quite manageable. We are glad, however, that this small detail did not prevent you from appreciating the overall comfort and facilities we provide.

Regarding your concerns: Checkout time: our standard policy, clearly communicated to all guests, is 12:00 A.M. While we always try to accommodate late departures when possible, on busy days this is not always feasible. We regret that on this occasion we could not extend your stay beyond the scheduled time. Room facilities: as indicated on all our online listings, our rooms are not equipped with intercom or telephone service. We believe this is stated transparently in advance so guests are fully aware before booking. Our reception is available 24 hours, and our staff are always happy to assist when approached. Luggage assistance & water: our property does not operate with bellboy service, which is why most guests manage their own luggage. Still, whenever possible, our staff extend help when requested. Complimentary drinking water is always provided in the rooms during the stay, though additional requests after checkout may be subject to availability. Thank you for your feedback
