Holiday Inn DUBAI BUSINESS BAY

Hotel was good but worth for location and the food. The location is 15min from Burj khalifa and hotel is also 15-20min from Business Bay metro station.I had booked room with breakfast. There was no Indian food in breakfast.Not good as per the price of hotel.

14. The properties, very nice. The rooms are very good. The staff is very friendly. The hospitality of the hotel is very nice and the rooms were very neat and clean. It's a very good property.

Everything was fine except the Desert Safari ,the vehicle was shared by another person also delayed us 4hours,wasting our Valuable time. Bitter experience.

Food is below average, property is clean and centralized location. Facilities are average even for addition spoon if you need in room they ask you to pay for it.

the hotel is very poor with average rooms and no proper service and u wont get a feel that u r in a good hospital, not recommended at all

Our stay at Holiday Inn Dubai Business was pleasant. We had the Premium Corner King Room for 6 nights. Breakfast spread was limited and repetitive (as compared to other hotels in the same price range), but the quality of every item was top notch. Location- very central as we had plans to visit all directions. Rooms and amenities were essentially clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. Some sockets in the room were not working initially, but they were fixed upon request. Pool was clean and inviting. Overall a good stay.

My booking said my final bill has the tourism fees included, but i was asked to pay it again at the reception during check-in. Hotel staff denied coordinating with MakeMyTrip and make me call them. It too 2 and a half hours for me to coordinate between UAE and India. Hotel staff didn’t seem very warm, fake smiles. As if they looked at you a certain way. Only respect for emiraties.
