I hope the hotel improves its security and response to guest complaints. On top of that, the room had a lot of cockroaches, which made the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. Very disappointed with both the security and cleanliness. I hope the hotel improves these issues for future guests.

Booked the Hotel for my family who were visiting Dubai for the very first time. They loved the Hotel Service, Hotel Staff; Location was prime and close to all the Social Infrastructure such as Parks, Restaurants, Malls, Metro, Supermarkets and Locality also was silent and peaceful. Rooms were cleaned on daily basis. Loved the overall Experience right from smoother Check In to Check Out.

The property is very nice and the staff here is also very helpful. The manager and cleaning staff are also very nice. Cleaning is done every day and you don't have any problem here. You can stay here in spacious and the kitchen equipment is also very good. Overall, the best place to stay in Dubai and for the money you are paying, you are in a comfortable place.

I found Tulip Creek Hotel Apartment in Google and I booked and reserved through Make My Trip it was a good deal affordable and we stayed for 17 nights. Ours stay was good in standard room with kitchenette and basic utensils that we used for our entire stay. Although we got some problem about leaking in the washroom in the tub but cleaning staff are good to respond if we requested anything help from them. Front desk too is nice and friendly, location is excellent walking distance to metro train diera, mall and supermarket. We love the swimming pool and we swim almost everyday it’s nice water temperature and it’s shaded by the hotel building. Highly recommended. 👍👍👍

Rooms are good, but in bathroom toilet seats are too old and need to replace. Bathrooms are not much clean. Pretty happy with the accommodation and service, there is a mosque nearby and the metro to is at walkable distance.

They asked my guests to leave, who came to meet us. It was embarrassing. It was not like they were going to stay for the night there or something.

House keeping staff are good

Location is fine, no restaurant or kitchen in hotel, 5 nights they not or might be only one day they change bed sheet and towels. Clearance of kitchen cookware is not included as per their manager. Many other better options available in dubai in same price.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room had outdated, smelly appliances, a non-functional water heater, and was far below expectations. The worst part was the unprofessional behavior of the staff. They accused us of damaging the bedsheets over a minor chocolate stain and tried to withhold our 500 AED security deposit with rude and offensive arguments. Such disgraceful conduct and poor management make this hotel a place to avoid.
