It was pleasant experience. Food was excellent. Amenities are good and service was up to the mark. Property location was good

Saru, she is housekeeping staff at second floor and her expertise and experience are very good. Apart from room cleaning, she is helpful in assisting with other things like key issues and guiding in nearby areas. Because of her, I extended my stay.

The location of the stay is excellent just 5 mins walk away for both Green & Red line metro. Friendly staff & I should give shoutout to Mr Mujbir Rehman as he kept checking if every thing was fine & if we ask for something he used to make sure it gets done on time. I would say it’s a pleasant experience for me as I stayed there for 7 nights.

Ps: The property had some internet issues but despite all the odds Mujahid - IT professional was always on his toes to resolve the issue 24x7👍

Was made to wait for 20 mins before check in even though I reported at the property at 8Pm. Couch in the hotel was torn. Cutlery was not clean. Room was okay. Overall very bad.

This was by far the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. It took almost 4 hours just to check in, which was extremely frustrating after a long journey. The washroom ceiling had fungus and was broken — completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one in Dubai. The entire place felt nothing like Dubai; it gave off the vibe of an old, poorly maintained village property. Overall, it was a terrible experience and definitely not worth the money. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking this place.

The room was nice and spacious. But housekeeping systems leave a lot to be desired. No replacement of linen, water etc. Room elements such as the safe and TV not working at the time of check in and bathroom hardware broken or discolored. Looks like there is no money to renew these things. BUT IMPORTANTLY staff are fine and motivated given these limitations - Prince and Nar Bahadur need special mention as is Wasim who were warm and professional.

My review as below : Location : Excellent. All of our daily & entertainment needs are at walking distance. Al Fahedi Metro is very near n easily walkable. Food : No restaurant at this hotel. Only limited spread breakfast is being served but its not worth it as lot of breakfast spots are nearby. Facilities: Average . Old hotel. Housekeeping : Daily cleaning n good staff . Especially one girl by the name SARU who used to clean my room was very good . Used to clean the room very neat n clean. One minus point is small n leaking n water logging bathroom. Front office : Shortage of staff in front office. Check in takes time n attending complaints also slow. Overall good stay due to the location n staff.

I recently stayed at Tulip Hotel Apartment Bur Dubai and had a very disappointing experience. The room service was poor and unresponsive, and the overall room hygiene was not up to the mark. The swimming pool was extremely unhygienic and clearly not maintained properly. Additionally, fresh towels were not provided daily, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, the cleanliness and service quality were far below expectations. I hope the management takes serious action to improve these issues.

Very horrible experience with tulip hotel & their staff, we have booked 2 rooms 1 month back & when we went , they gave one room in 1st floor & 1room in 2nd floors , geasers aren’t working in any of their rooms, staff behaviour is very rude and they don’t even answer properly, plss don’t book this and go here

This was our first time booking it was a terrible experience. We booked two studio rooms with kitchens for two couples and our infants, but what we found was shocking. The rooms had stains on the bed sheets, dirty pillows, and a strong, unpleasant smell that made my wife vomit. The bathrooms were wet, taps were leaking, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. When we complained, the staff showed us other rooms, but every single one was in the same bad condition. We immediately checked out, took back our deposit, This property looks completely different from what’s shown

Terrible Experience – Never Staying Again! We had one of the worst experiences at Tulip Hotel Apartments, Bur Dubai. The receptionist’s behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional. We had just checked in when they refused to allow my roommate to check in without any valid reason or courtesy. The way the staff handled the situation was completely unacceptable — no respect, no hospitality, and zero customer service. We were so disappointed that we left the property immediately after check-in. I would never recommend this place to anyone who values good service or basic manners from hotel staff. There are far better hotels in Dubai that actually care about their guests.

Very rude receptionist no towels zero housekeeping and they inflate the prices to double to insispecting Indians who enquire at the front desk.
