New Royal Mark Hotel Apartment

I would be delighted to offer some feedback on my recent hotel stay. The accommodations were quite comfortable and provided a very restful experience. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities. The service staff were consistently helpful and pleasant throughout my visit. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

It’s so easy to book location it easy to find properties it’s so nice and clean food it was amazing

Hotel Rooms are not clean and Bed Hosieries are not good

wasn't clean, rusted and not maintained. it a normal building.... it was ok for a few hours. rates are ok

It was the absolute worst hotel to ever exist. There were cockroaches and bugs crawling all over the place it was absolutely filthy and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. Please do not stay here it is so unhygienic. But staff is very kind.

Basing on the overall prices, i would say it's fairly good service provide with wide rooms and smiling concierge

not good this hotel there is not cleaning properly in rooms washroom fully dirty ..there was all thing not working tv, microwave , fridge and staff also good not there …they are not respecting to us …very very bad hotel

To much cockraches there. Your food is not safe. Do not book again t this hotel

The hotel was bad dream of my life good i was just went to get fresh n up because i need to travel only 2hours i stayed i left hotel immediately. Very bad experience

I didnt stay at the property coz its so dirty and no tv no telephone. So so disgusting ! !

The facility is not 4 star as shown, bed quality so bad. Wc not good as well.

Dirty, lot of coakroaches, extra charges for cleaning but no cleaning in room. No parking, worst experience of life

There is a terrible smell in the building. But looking at the price it wasn’t bad. There was no complimentary water given. Little gestures can make good impact

Location wise is so good but have issue for parking if you will bring own car. Drainage system in washroom is so poor. Service like towels, dryer etc not good.

Nor been in room. Water is not clean come in washroom. No glass for drinking water. No tv remote. Lack of management.
