Housekeeping is very bad. Too many bedbugs in the bed. They are doing nothing for that. Checkout and check in not matching.

I booked stay in regal peninsula hotel near Al ghubaiba metro station on 3rd September at 11:50pm to check in that time but it was booked but check in time was 2:00 pm to 8:30 pm on the next day then I went to hotel to check in but hotel staff said we couldn’t let you in because you stay had booked for tomorrow I requested to them to check in but they didn’t listen

We stayed here for 10days. Cleanliness 100% too good. But the front desk staff are very rude. There are bed bugs in the room which we took, bad experience for us.

Good Hotel, Close to Bur Dubai Bus Stand and 2 Min walking distance from Al Ghubaiba Metro also. The staff is also very polite.
