Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Centre, Dubai

This place is located near to couple of prime places in Dubai. Having said that it's a average size property going by Courtyard Marriott standard. While checking in we were not asked whether we would be ok to check in to a physically handicapped friendly room or not and ended up in it. There was no guidance as such given to us on how to use various switches in this specific room. On asking at the reception they agreed to this mistake for not checking with us before allocating such room and gave the option to change the room but it was too late to change a room by then since we were stepping out. Breakfast was very ok ok types. So overall nothing much strikes out here.

Very pleasant stay. Food is really good . The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and efficient . Excellent buffet spread.

It was a good stay overall. I will rate it 4/5. Only two feedbacks to improve upon- 1) i had a rotten red apple from the breakfast buffet so they can improve the food quality check. This is the only bad experience i had as i ate some portion of that fruit before figuring out it is bad and rotten. 2) the housekeeping should not take away things like blankets, slippers from the room which were already there. Although they brought back immediately after we inform them.

While booking the address of the hotel says at world trade center and the hotel is not at world trade center, stop fooling travelers by giving wrong location. I feel that i've been fooled really bad for a group like marriott i'll never ask anyone to book this hotel and i'll never book in future.

Stay is amazing got so much as not expected food is good, near by museum, awesome experience have to be there next time too

Courtyard wt c a very nice hotel has a very nice rooms, restaurant and pool at the roof. My experience during the check-in was amazing with osama from front office also with the duty manager many thanks to all. Also for bf in charge at the main restaurant during the dinner on the busy day he gives all his best with the team to serve everyone during birthday party.

My family stay at courtyard by marriott dubai was awsome. The food was awesome. The room was hygienic and service was world-class. Moreover the location of the hotel at centre of city gives it more gravity for selecting it every-time when i visit city. The breakfast was great
