Day by day service is becoming pathetic. it used to be good 4 years ago. Now with 3 times the rate, services are really bad

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel — the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished, and the location made it easy to access nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request, which added a personal touch to the experience. The breakfast offered a good variety, though it could have included more fresh options. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient choice, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for good value and service.

One of the Best Stays ever booked. Thrilled to see the hospitality this hotel gave. The people were Humble and Kind with such sweet gestures. Also in every parameters the hotel stood out with the best. I can recommend this hotel who are visiting first time to dubai or looking for a perfect stay options.

The facilities were okayish, the breakfast was below 4 start standards. Also the receptionist was rude and wouldn't let us speak about a concern we had. Later she started having a fight with her colleague in front of us .

Rooms were average but hotel staff especially kitchen was pretty good. Love the tike i spent there. Will surely book again.

Perfect value per cost. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was ok, overall experience met our expectations. Only draw back that the nearest metro station takes 5 minutes by taxi
