I had a really nice stay at Savoy Suites Bur Dubai. The location was super convenient , close to the metro, shops, and places to eat, which made things easy. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I didn’t get to try the food, so can’t say much about that, but overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The executive names Prakash was very rude and he was misusing his authorities. He did not let my guest visit me in the room. Where as during the check in he clearly mentioned that visitor can visit us before 10 PM.

On a particular day there were 2 extra visitors (1 male and 1 lady visitors) who wanted to go up to the room, which was politely refused. The Hotel offers the restaurant lounge in case the in-house guest would like to conduct meetings with their guest. family with 1 kidThe offer of shuttle services from the hotel to multiple places is very misleading. It is available at very odd hours and also only for 1 hour in the day. It was pretty much useless. Would have helped to know while booking. Other than that the hotel and staff are good.
