The hotel check in process was so tedious and the staffs were no so welcoming. Had a terrible experience and moreover the facilities and breakfast were not meeting the expectations

Stay is good Breakfast not worthy. Due to clubs in the property there is little noise in the property. Rest staff is very cooperative and nice

First they gave us room with broken door lock and we didn't sleep the whole night due to club noisy very bad experience we had.

We are couple ,this is our 05th stay in this hotel, room is okay, first they given twin bed room after we request to change the room for one king bed room, they changed the room but that also not kingbed, two single bed make together & given, its not comfortable .🤨, the given towels also very old & faded.no shower gel in bath room, Disappointed 😏😏😏 this time..Front office staff very 👍 👌 good

Breakfast menu is incomplete , only one person serves with attitude and refill buffet counters , staff shortage. torn bath towels, no adjustments of Ac temperature inside rooms people use to fall sick at the first night stay. reception counter staff not welcoming . too much third quality room freshener spreaded at the lobby area. cracked looking glasses inside the room.
