First they gave us room with broken door lock and we didn't sleep the whole night due to club noisy very bad experience we had.

We are couple ,this is our 05th stay in this hotel, room is okay, first they given twin bed room after we request to change the room for one king bed room, they changed the room but that also not kingbed, two single bed make together & given, its not comfortable .🤨, the given towels also very old & faded.no shower gel in bath room, Disappointed 😏😏😏 this time..Front office staff very 👍 👌 good

The food is excellent, The location may be near Al Nahada from my point of view otherwise it's good, The facilities were excellent.

Breakfast menu is incomplete , only one person serves with attitude and refill buffet counters , staff shortage. torn bath towels, no adjustments of Ac temperature inside rooms people use to fall sick at the first night stay. reception counter staff not welcoming . too much third quality room freshener spreaded at the lobby area. cracked looking glasses inside the room.

my stay was amazing, the location was just what i wanted, the facility was very clean and the room was well maintained, am not sure about the food as i didn't used their restaurant. but overall my stay was satisfactory and great 👍 👌.

The hotel is well connected with metro station. Service and staff coordination is very good. South indian hotels and shopping centre is nearby. Overall experience is very good. I suggest people going to dubai can opt this hotel. Thanks to make my trip.

Shoddy hotel, not recommended for families and business travellers, loud music music from 10 pm -4 am, sleep always gets disturbed, smoke alarm goes on many time as residents smoke inside the room when it’s not allowed and terrible response from reception, avoid breakfast here as it’s horrible

Everything was fine. Though that, i couldn't sleep during the nights because of the loud music. Better to ask the visitor before giving a room if he/she would like to stay in a quiet or noisy area.
