URBAN Al Khoory Hotel

I recently stayed in a hotel with my wife, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from our window made the stay even more relaxing. We enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service excellent. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and elegant, which made it perfect for a short getaway. In the evening, my wife and I took a walk around the property and spent some quiet time together, which made the experience even more special. The staff was always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and we truly appreciated the comfort and hospitality provided. It was a memorable experience, and we would definitely love to visit the same hotel again in the future.

Very nice, the hotel is upscale and quiet. It was a nice experience and I will visit again soon, God willing. I liked the hallway in the staff and the place is very nice.

Really neat and nice hotel, with some horrendous service from time to time. Asking for water a few times over the course of my 10 day stay, took a couple of hours to be fulfilled many times. Housekeeping team is great but often times cleaned my room well past 3:00pm and a couple of times well past 4:30pm

Calm location and amazing service, will try the food on my next stay. Absolutely clean room. Hygiene is on point. The location is easy to find and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Dear Hotel Team, I recently stayed at your hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. However, I did want to provide some feedback on the television in the room. While it was nice to have a TV, I was disappointed to find that there were no Indian channels available. Additionally, the TV did not have YouTube or support for mobile connectivity. I understand that these may seem like minor issues, but I believe that upgrading the TV services would greatly enhance the guest experience. Thank you again for a lovely stay, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

One of the best hotels I have stayed. So peaceful and clean also located just 3 km from on passive metro station which is such a relief staffs are also helping and professional

I prefer the al khoory courtyard more, but this is good as well, as an indian i had a different charger cable for laptop (3 pinned ), as a hotel i feel for travelers they should at-least have an converter. Luckily i found 1 pin which supported other chargers in room. That's the only complaint, didn't have bathtub if you are expecting, haven't checked other facilities lik gym, pool, spa so can't comment. Breakfast buffet is the best 5 stars, easily worth 50aed, consider trying their breakfast.
