This should not be called as hotel. Basic amenities were not provided. Bed is a like a stone with paper pillows. No insulation on paper walls and couldn’t sleep. None Mr the staffs willing to help with longer hold time to reach anyone. Good luck if you can get sleep. Don’t get fooled by their reviews

I recently stayed at Citymax Hotel and had an overall decent experience with a few ups and downs.Starting with the positives, the location of the hotel is excellent—it's surrounded by many affordable restaurants, making dining out convenient. The hotel also has a large, clean pool with temperature-controlled water, which was perfect for relaxing. There are plenty of chairs around the pool to rest, adding to the comfort. The food at City Cafe was another highlight, as it was absolutely delicious. When I checked in, the staff were very organized and approachable, which made a good first impression.However, there were a couple of disappointments. On the first day, I requested an extra pillow, but it was never provided, which was frustrating. I got the extra pillows on the 2nd day where I needed to ask the housekeeping myself. Additionally, the air conditioning in my room was not as cold as I would have liked, which made the room less comfortable, especially at night.Overall, while the hotel has some great features, addressing these minor issues could significantly enhance the guest experience.
