A wonderfully quiet hotel with an excellent location, very clean rooms, and extremely cooperative and welcoming staff. Their professionalism and kindness truly enhance the stay, making it a highly recommended choice.

The hotel has good facilities and amenities. The breakfast had many options and everything was tasty. I asked for an ironing board and the request was instantly fulfilled.

Well cleaned room and bathroom, nice ambience and friendly staff. The location is near to Mall of Emirates and Lulu hypermarket and also many small groceries and cafeteria is also available in this place if you are looking for something budget friendly

I recently stayed at Rose Plaza Hotel Albarsha Dubai and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience due to the receptionist's behaviour. While checking in, I was asked for my boyfriend's passport, which is standard, but the way the receptionist handled it was completely unprofessional. They were rude and abrupt, making the entire process uncomfortable and awkward. It's disappointing that such a great hotel can be let down by poor customer service. I hope management addresses this issue, as it really affected our stay.
