The hotel was really awful. It was full of cockroaches and after two hours I was about to leave, I saw the hotel service staff standing on the roof of my car in the parking lot, changing the light bulb. In short, I checked out after two hours and was very unhappy.

DON'T EVER EVER COME TO THIS HOTEL. THEY ARE A SCAMMER HOTEL I THEIR pictures looks nice and clean. But when you are there and saw in person DISCUSTING, MOLDS ANY WHERE, BAS SMELL, TOILETS ARE DIRTY, CHAIRS LOOKS LIKE TVWY JUST GET FROM GARBAGE AND PUT INSIDE THE ROOM. BEDS AND WALLS ARE DAMAGED LOOKS NEED TO BE THROWN I FARBAGE. WASTE OF MONEY TO STAY to this hotel. Staff are arrogant and rude. Their attitude reflects to the hotel. They give discount but the discount you get the worst to stay it's NOT WORTH TO Stay. Instead you are relaxed and chill for a stay. You get annoyed and stress instead. This rate is negative negative negative 000 rate.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days, and overall, the experience was average. The location was convenient and easily accessible, which was a plus. The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit dated and could use some maintenance.

Internet is not working, Cockroaches are roaming on your face when you are sleeping, Services are pathetic, If you do complain they say go for another hotel, Overall this hotel is good for nothing

Hotel rooms are very very bad and the restroom was in the worst condition, wasn’t a pleasant stay not worth staying in this hotel.

Neat and carm room restuarent also good hot water facility, room ac work, cleaness reception staff very friendly

I didn't get towel i called at the reception but nobody answered i went down to the reception by my self and nobody was available

Room was very bad smell and dirty

Rooms were not clean. We waited an hour to get check in at 3 pm as room was not available. Toilets were not clean, no refrigerator in the room. No towels. It was horrible

Firstly they didn’t give us the check in for 2 hours saying that they were sold out even after we gave them a booking confirmation from mm t. Finally after long wait of 2 hours they gave us the check in at the worst room in my entire life where ceiling and wall paint was pealing off and furniture conditions at the worst.

Stay was very uncomfortable. Toilet seat cover was broken. The room was not cleaned well. Wifi not working i had to open and hold my main door to get wifi from coorridoor. Requested for ice cubes to an associate and he asked 10 aed to bring from out side. I went myself out and bought for 1. 50 aed.

A/c controller not we are freezing inside, we inform them they don’t mind care our issue, i am sure they know that controller issue before!
