I am new to dubai , The hotel people guided me in a proper way, my stay was very comfortable & the location was also well conected

good and easy for transportation, staff are friendly. food is good and affordable.

Pathetic place ! Ac not working!! Unhygienic.Not for the family .No service.Never recommend to anyone.

They charge us a deposit of DH 100 at the time of check in. My girlfriend was on her periods and just a drop of blood stain was on the bed. They were going to charge us 50 for that at the time of checkout even though it was easily cleanable and we had to show them by cleaning the bedsheet...Never had such a terrible customer service experience. The Wifi was not working at times and also I faced a power shutdown.

The hotel room was good but morning breakfast was a mess. They didn’t have much options and bread was with fungus. We asked for idli as it was finished but they were unable to serve after making us wait for about 45 minutes for it. Dosa was not served the other day for unavailability of cook. So overall the breakfast part was a horrible experience.

My stay at the Royal Falcon Hotel was overall okay. The location is excellent — very close to the metro station, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. 🏙️ The staff was polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. However, there were a few downsides — the room felt a bit old, the AC didn’t always work properly, and there was quite a lot of noise at night from nearby clubs or traffic. Cleanliness was average, not bad but not spotless either. The facilities are basic, and the food quality could be improved. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay in a good location, this hotel is fine — just don’t expect luxury.

Area & location is perfect rooms are comfortable , service is good , everything well connected with metro which is very near , area is full of eating place , so nice will suggest good to stay Make my trip offers good deals with nice location. Inderjeet singh

one of the worst experiences in my life, The staff are very rude, we had an issue with AC they never attended, we vacated the hotel in between and the hotel is not clean. please think twice before booking this hotel.

All good and staff are very cooperative and you can find everything nearby in 500mtr like metro, food and shopping mall.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel in Dubai. The best part is its excellent location — very close to restaurants, the metro, bus stand, and a grocery store, which made everything super convenient. Great option for both short and long stays.

It was fine we called for someone to fix ac 3 times they didnt come could have been better they will charge 100 aed deposit and start making issues if you damage although you don’t do snything

They charge pe 50 aed unfortunately drop a blood in bedsheets so they don’t understand and behave bad to me

They only provide two 500ml bottles per room. Fully centralized AC we can't control it. Sometimes the room gets over cooled, sometimes not. 24 hr Hot water in bathroom. They clean the room everyday and replace the bath towels.
