My recent stay at the property was truly enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Amenities such as the pool, fitness center, and lounge areas were inviting and added great value to the overall experience.

Room cleaning and layout needs improvement. Toilet not upto to the mark. Average room amenities. Indian food quality is good but limited options.

very poor the door lock is complaint no dental kit bed is not good It's a terrible sound when we're lying in bed

Not a good property, I do not recommend this to anyone. Washroom was pathetic. Reception do not listen to requests and we had to call them multiple times for same thing.

Stayed: 14th to 19th October Room: 216 (Second Floor) Our overall stay was comfortable with no major issues. The room was clean, well-maintained, and check-in was handled smoothly. The hotel has multiple nightclubs, so loud music continues late into the night. Also, being close to the airport, frequent aircraft take-offs and landings add to the background noise. Fortunately, since we returned tired after long days, it didn’t bother us much. The location is excellent, right at a corner with ample parking space. However, the in-house restaurant food wasn’t up to the mark, so we preferred nearby dining options instead. Special mention to Mehboob from Siwan, Bihar, at the reception, for his courteous and professional approach, he always greeted us with a smile. Another service staff member, Uttam from Kolkata, was equally helpful and pleasant to interact with. The only issue we faced was with the washroom design, getting in and out of the bathtub was quite challenging and poses a real risk of slipping or injury. Guests should be careful while using it. The nearest metro station, Gold Souq, is about 2 km away, and the Al Baraha Bus Stand is roughly 800 meters from the hotel. Overall, a decent mid-range hotel in a convenient location, ideal for short business or leisure stays if you don’t mind some nightlife and flight noise, but exercise caution with the bathtub.

The hotel is in bad shape, cockroaches in rooms and washroom.Loud music as it has pub on ground floor,would not recommend for families.

It was good experience and the staff are very friendly and cooperative....nice location with food joints around.

Location is good and paid parking is available at hotel therefore no need to be worried about for finding parking.
