The room was not clean that much , and took them a lot of time to bring towels, they said they did renovation for the hotel , but still look low quality

The Ibis Hotel is a very good plan. The deeds were filled with much joy and peace. Mainly the service is very good. And then there is a bus station nearby. Always get a taxi. The next nearby Dragon Mall, Nova movie and Nesto are very close. The bus is available to go to the airport.

Room service is very bad. The hotel was smelling very bad at night. Not value for money. The hotel is overpriced.

The room was clean, but basic essentials like toiletries were completely missing. When I asked, I was told they’re not provided and would be chargeable if available. No shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, or even a hair dryer. Breakfast options were extremely poor, had to survive on just bread and butter for two days. Very disappointed, especially given the price paid.

I highly recommend IBIS Styles Dragon Mart, Dubai because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff.

It was not a nice or a good experience in ibis style dragon-mart dubai. They had different charges for brushing kit and the sandals use inside the room and there was some other add-ons which did not mention in the initial booking time which we felt as very embarrassing and altogether we didn’t feel any any kind of quality in terms of hospitality. Thank you.

Good, but there are no other services as it's a budget hotel. Also location wise it's a bit far from the tourist attractions.

They don’t have the things they say they’ll provide. They don’t provide mineral water. They just give a glass bottle of drinking water one bottle at a time. No one came for laundry. Cleaning lady was kind and good. Their rest room wasn’t the great the sink was’t function properly. Tv didn’t work. They don’t even provide any toiletries. I mean which hotel doesn’t provide toiletries? even in house stays they give tooth brushes and lotions. Apart from all this, this hotel is really far from dubai centre so for tourists i highly recommend not to book this place. It’s neither comfortable to stay nor nearby to any tourist attractions. My overall rating would be 2. 5 stars out of 5.

Very cool and comforting to see the people in this community who have been there for me. Very clean and friendly people.

Room was completely need maintenance before entering guests as many things was broken or not working but the worst thing was trying to cheat guest to pay for maintaince of previously broken thins moreover, room service was so poor
