The hotel facilities are of poor quality, the staff is not cooperative, even drinking water has to be procured from outside. The hotel needs renovation. The hotel staff manager needs to improve his behavior.

it was a very good hotel, except for some noise of loud music when we are passing through the reception counter. we are not able to sit and discuss after 8 o clock, guests are not allowed inside the room or upto 2 nd floor passage, otherwise all other things are good
