I didn't stay but my friend was staying over their they said that he was really good for low budget traveller this is the best option in hostels

The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities were top-notch — from the cleanliness to the overall ambiance, everything was well maintained. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay! 🌟

The hostel was okay overall. The location is very good and easy to reach, which was a plus. The staff was polite, but the service felt a bit slow at times. The rooms were decent for the price, but not very clean — the bedsheets and bathrooms could have been maintained better. But they don't have Common areas Wi-Fi worked most of the time but sometimes very slow. It’s not the worst place to stay, but also not the best. Good for a short stay if you’re on a budget. Near the metro station is plus point.

hotel is not suitable for tourist. bedsheets and other bed cloths are having bad smells. they were asking for city tax without giving receipt...there are many owners.. every one was talking differently. bo electric witches to charge mobile..if you want go to kitchen. behaviour of staff is not professional

The property is very close to Burjumen Metro. I stayed here for 1 week. I had an opportunity to get friends from various nationalities. There are multiple restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Since it is a hostel there are a few things which one would need to adjust. I would suggest visitors to get their towels, blankets and bed spreads along with them. I had a pleasant stay overall.

It was not so good... lights in room was poor n bathroom was also not nice... towels provided were also not clean

I recently stayed at hello hostel in old town dubai, and it exceeded my expectations! the hostel's strategic location allowed me to explore iconic landmarks like the dubai museum, al fahidi historical neighborhood and the bustling souks.

Area full Asian people and most you will find wholesale shops. Old area like umm seef also there, quite lively, stay was quite normal

This hostel is typical example of anything can be converted to hotel. I got into the trap also. There is no proper hoarding or signboard. Its just you have to get the direction from the manager. Once i reached there, it's an bhk small apartment. Rooms are very small. One room having 10bunk beds and one with 6bunk beds. Two bathrooms very much i'll maintained. Flush not working in one, so commode is nearly non-functional. I booked the executive room thinking it would be better and paid more for that. But i got the normal 10bedded bunk room. Cancellation policy is horrible as you have to call. Then they will decided whether to refund or not. So i had to adjust. Rooms were having bugs. Room were smelling horrible as flush not working. I am not targeting any person. But it's perception of being good and booking it, then getting trapped in mismanaged hostel. So summarised as horrible stay

This place is value for money. Compared to other hostels, this hostel was budget friendly, they are clean and also have a kitchen, iron table, and washing machine. To look on the other side, they don't look exactly like you visualized in the photos. They don't provide towel or toiletries, and the kitchen utensils and kettles are not clean. The locker doesn't have a lock and key. You better bring one they will have one electrical point near your bed, but no extension cord will be provided. All together, it's the best place to stay at the budget for a few nights and it's near to burjuman metro.

Unhygienic, ac not working there's no one you can complain to. They don't provide sheets and blanket.

Overall a good location, the place was well maintained and hygienic but the space was too crowded within short space lot of beds
