No room service, no fresh towel, shampoo, or soap provided. Food ordered on the first day was unappetizing and made my stomach upset. There was an issue with the door key; every time I checked in, I had to take assistance. The flush was leaking. For early check-in, I paid an additional 200 AED.

I recently stayed at Abjad Hotel, and I’m very disappointed with my experience. The most basic necessity — drinking water — was not provided for free. When I asked for water, the staff said it had to be purchased, which I found unreasonable since clean water is a basic human need and should be complimentary in any decent hotel. Aside from that, the lack of hospitality and poor guest consideration made my stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even minimal comfort or good service. Definitely not worth the money.

hotel is good and the bed is comfortable. but the hotel stay is loudly till 4.00 due to present it clubs at the bottom. even though restaurant is available breakfast is not served at the hotel which is very bad. afternoon you can enjoy the Kerala food. hotel is good for lonely stay or for bachelor.

Location is Good, Service is Super-Poor, sometimes they hangup your call if you over-call. They have less Electric Kettle for only few guests/room in hotel. All Hotlier Staff is super busy and non-welcoming gesture. DJ open till 4am and good disturbance to hotel rooms

Nice location , good for travellers , near to metro station walkable distance to shopping area and restaurants

Very worst hotel I have ever stayed no room service, no water bottle provide, toilet flush did not work properly despite follow up no action, no kettle facility, no iron box provided, no towel change, very poor no hospitality ruthless guys

rooms are good but there are some Skin beetles and termite that pain after the hite is horrible can't sleep because of them

Abjad hotel is located at a good spot, Metro Salah al din , cadeterias and restaurants are nearby, shopping malls are nearby the location, easy to find on Google map

very bad hotel, not for family and couples, the reception is full of peoples who come for spa and massage.. very dirty rooms and smelly, pls don't go there..very very bad.. noise from the night club alo too much

Property location is very good. This hotel is near to salah al din metro station. Food is good. Room was cleaned and well arranged. Hotel does not provide mineral water in room, no electric kettle available in room, apart from bed, linen, only one tumbler available in room, Receptionist was ber good and helpful.
