Xclusive Maples Hotel Apartment - Bur Dubai

Had a good stay in this apartment hotel, good behaviour and helpful staff. I dint opt for food so cant comment on it but over had a good stay. Grocery and hotel are just next to the hotel, bus top and metro 10 minutes walkable distance.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was peasant. The staff was cooperative rooms are average room service is good overall good.

Hospitality is Good. and the Hotel location is excellent and it's very close to all shopping areas like Gold souk and meera bazar and Dubai Frame and al seef street and Bur juman and little for the Airport and totally the Hotel location is super.. we enjoyed lot by walk to every where... and we save lots of AED..... 👍❤️

Neat and clean apartments. Reception and house keeping staffs are friendly and helpful. Worth the money and i recommend guests who want to a nice place to stay with the family and friends at the reasonable prices.

Location far from the metro. Receptionist staff not good. We are for a receipt for the additional payments for extra people but they didnt give to us for. We will not book again in the hotel

Staff bevahior, manager was Charged me for towel and blanket. Took unauthorized money from to just for stains and took 150 dirhams. I never saw any hotel charges for the towel stain. Disgusting.

Very good location. Manager was very friendly and big sized rooms. Right in the main bur dubai area. Front desk very helpful, bell boy was very polite. Even maintenance staff were excellent

Car parking facility and staff curtesy are good. Sofa and furniture are old and not maintained in tidy manner. Bathroom drainage was not working properly leading to water overflow
