Initially the room provided was not good, upon raising concern the prompt response from staff, especially by manager Rameez was so good and made immediate changes. I would highly recommend this facility for stay.

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Dubai. It always feels so comfortable, and I genuinely feel at home here. The location is super convenient, being close to both supermarkets and metro stations. The hotel staff are also incredibly accommodating and always make me feel welcome. I will definitely keep coming back here for sure

Room cleaning is not good. Towels not properly washed. Even you put on “clean my room” still you have to call pathetic experience

The pool is closed on sun-day and the only reason why we booked in dream city is because of the pool in which didnt mention while booking that the pool is closed on sunday. Luckily they allowed us to use the pool for 2hrs

Dream city good hotel apartments with 2 rooms and bathrooms, 24 hrs hot and cold water with kitchen and wifi, bottled mineral water. Kitchen has microwave, electric heater and some utensils suitable for cooking. Polite house keeping. Close to alrigga metro station overall experience very great.
