Thanks you all the staff, reception to Houskeeping, everyone very helpful staff, room was very clean

The reception staff are poorly behaved! booking had both the names still they did not allow the 2nd person as both did not checkin at same time

We had a horrible stay the wash room gets flooded if we use the shower, only one chair was provided. Exhaust was not working after lot of complaints were shifted to another there also the washroom door was struck and exhaust did not work.

I am happy. Will revisit for my next stay. Supportive staff, good, but only disappointment bcoz of too many flies. Also even though it is centralised ac i prefer for a ceiling fan too. Rest everything was fantastic. Dew to season it was overpriced too as normally we get a 1 bhk for the same price as this time it was a studio apartment was provided.

We have to contact them regularly for cleaning of rooms. Water bottle was given on first day and never after that. We stayed for 6 days. Breakfast options was very much limited. Apartment was spacious, location was near to metro. One lacking thing was. Swimming pool timmin was starting from 10:00 am which doesn’t make sense. Person want to have pool dip before breakfast.

Rose Garden Al Barsha is at a nice location. Very near to mall of Emirates and near to Sharaf DG metro Station makes it well placed Also those craving indian food, quite a lot of authentic indian joints like Bikanerwala and Sharavana bhavan are very near to the Hotel. Very good service and safe for people to stay Highly recommended!

The hotel apartment location is excellent. 5 mins walk to metro so amazing restaurant just 10 seconds away.

Stayed with family, excellent time we spent in the hotel nice courteous staff and very nice location easily connected with metro and important places in Dubai for sightseeing.

This was our first trip with our 5 yr old son. Stay and everything was perfect. Stay, hospitality, staff, hotel cleanliness was perfect. We will recommend this place for family. Hotel staff was very cordial and helpful.
