Tower plaza located at one of the prime location of the dubai. Food quality is superb with wide varieties of food,Which includes indian,Chinese,Continental etc. Overall our stay was nice and peaceful at tower plaza.

Positives- Excellent location, courteous staff, delicious food, neat and tidy rooms with all the basic amenities. Needs improvement- room interior is little oldish; needs some upgrades/repair. Waiting time for the lifts was long. Sometimes as long as 10 mins during busy hours.

I like your room, but TV is not working It's a good idea to check everything in the room when you check in.

The hotel is perfect for vacation stay and business trips. The breakfast is excellent the service is good. My only concern was housekeeping the room cleanliness was not up to the mark. The hotel's location and ambiance were quite pleasant, and it's a beautiful property. However, the experience was significantly marred by the slow and inefficient housekeeping service and subsequent requests for basic items like toothpaste and brush were met with frustrating delays. For example, it took over an hour to get couple of water bottle and plates with cutlery in lunch time, and Furthermore, the water pressure in the shower and bathtub was extremely weak, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. This was a significant inconvenience, especially considering the hotel's 5-star rating. While the hotel has potential, the lack of attention to detail and slow service in these key areas significantly detracted from the overall experience. It's hoped that the management will address these issues to ensure future guests have a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was convenient, close to great restaurants and attractions. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Disappointing Experience at Tower Plaza Hotel – Needs Immediate Attention I have stayed at Tower Plaza Hotel in Dubai 4–5 times before and always had a decent experience. However, my recent stay on 30th July was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. Despite my confirmed booking for a King Bed room, I was made to wait until 6:30 PM to receive a Twin Bed room. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that the check-in time was 2:00 PM. At the reception, I was informed that the room was not ready and that only two rooms were available. Even after escalating the issue to the manager, I received the same answer. Only after repeatedly requesting, they provided a room—but not the one I had booked. The poor service continued the next morning. I called reception to have my luggage collected, and it took 30–35 minutes because they apparently had only one staff member available for the entire task. This is not the level of service expected from a hotel claiming to be 5-star. Such service not only reflects badly on the hotel but also on the standards of hospitality in a city like Dubai, known for its world-class tourism and hotel experiences. I genuinely believe the Dubai authorities should look into this, as it is damaging the reputation of the city and misleading to tourists. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and appropriate action is taken against such service lapses.
