Lavender Hotel

Huge noise from live entertainment of the ground floor, bugs on the bed, improper cleaning and dust found all the seating furnitures, lamps etc. The receptionist collected 200AED for my early arrival and he never issued the bill even collected AED 50 as taxes.

Staff is cooperative, swimming pool is lovely and the life guard is also very kind person, rooms are clean, Only i found bathtub was not functional.

5 star to the hotel. Good location near union metro station. Can get cab easily whenever required. Friendly staff. Clean and very spacious room in affordable price. We stayed for 6 night. Landmark restaurant is nearby for indian cuisine which is very cheap.

Rooms were very really nice at this price. The bathroom was equipped with bathtub and with all modern amenities. The staff was helpful. The breakfast had decent spread and it was of good quality and taste. The plus point of this hotel is its location. It is nearby union metro station which is the junction for both red and green metro lines. Overall experience was good at this hotel lavender.

Food menu is limited check in delayed more than 3 hours 5 pm only we got second room. Other all are good

Firstly the reception is very helping and friendly. And the room service is absolutely amazing. They mode me to feel at home and still i am. In hotel. Irrespective of my repeated calls for some or the other help in my room they attend me immediately. My heart in surprise how humble and peaceful l they treat the tourist in hotel. When i asked for a newspaper near the reception they showed and gave a royal place to read. Last n gt my ball ony light was on and i dint knew the switch. I. Called to reception and they took two min and. Confirmed its automatic and it will get off by 11pm. I really appreciate this response. They keep it updated rather than ignoring out need. Being a spiritual guru mybheart bless this owner and the entore staff for this mazing service they are doing for the people who. Ome to enjoy their stay in hotel dubai. Tq.
