Grandeur Hotel Near Mall of Emirates

The hotel has amazing staff at the reception. Very helpful always led by the manager Wazir. The security, doormen and bellmen are great. Housekeeping staff always do a great job.

The rooms are clean , washrooms well maintained . The staff is good . Just to point out - if you could place a trained staff at the coffee station at the breakfast area , the cappuccino could have been much better!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. A special thanks to Ms. Nileema for her exceptional hospitality she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us. It’s within walking distance to major attractions like Ski Dubai and several restaurants and shops. While the immediate surroundings aren’t particularly scenic, the central location makes it easy to explore the city. 🍽️ Food: Grandeur offers a decent variety of dining options, including an Indian restaurant and a sports bar. The breakfast spread was modest but satisfying, though I wish there had been more variety day-to-day. Room service was prompt, and the food quality was consistent. 🏊 Amenities: The rooftop pool offers panoramic city views and is a great spot to unwind, though the deck area could be more inviting. The fitness center is small but functional, and there’s a sauna available for guests. Free Wi-Fi, airport transfers, and complimentary parking were appreciated perks. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with blackout curtains, a minibar, and flat-screen TVs. 🛎️ Service: Staff were generally courteous and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness. However, some front desk interactions felt a bit rushed, and parking in the garage was tight. A little more warmth and attentiveness would elevate the guest experience. ⭐ Overall: Grandeur Hotel is a solid mid-range option for travelers looking for comfort and convenience without breaking the bank. It’s not flashy, but it delivers good value for money. I’d recommend it for short stays or business trips, especially if proximity to the Mall of the Emirates is a priority.

I'd like to commend Grandeur Hotel and its staff on their services. Personally, I am pleased with how well they received my family; both of my parents are senior citizens, along with my son, a hyperactive kid. Yet, they made it so easy for me to take care of them on their first visit to Dubai. 5 stars for Grandeur Hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ See you on my family's next trip here in Dubai!

It was a very bad experience the staff over there were a little bit rude especially females also when I asked for 4 bottles of water they just gave me 2 and when I called back they said they will send but didn't send. they have just mini bottles of 250ml hygiene was ok however overall experience was they took 360 per night but it's not worth it SERIOUSLY

Check-in and check out is horrible! waiting for more than one hour to get checked in is totally unacceptable! same for check out! the person at the reception sajina is not even apologetic. It was really a bad experience.
