good staff excellent experience and great rooms and experienced staff had a very good experience.

the hotel honors if booking is done for more than two people and serves breakfast, taste of the same is based on perspective of different persons. personally we were bored by eating same thing. the hotel has night clubs and they blast music at high decibel which was felt on beds we were laying on. beds were vibrating. the music will go on till early morning. people falling difficult to sleep will face problems. one night presumably party goers were creating outside hotel room and somebody had to come out and scolded them. we complained on reception about night club and they showed us another rooms but they were small and not fit to fit extra cot. hotel is near burjuman metro station and old Mehta metro station and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. hotel staff is responsive.

Property doesn't provide good blankets or hot water. Hot water is not coming and I informed multiple times in reception where they said they are going to send people however no one turned up. Blankets are spoiled, Foul smell and rust everywhere in bathroom.

Booking was cancelled. Got through a bad situation. No other way to get to the hotel on high price

We went to stay for 2 nights as location was good I didn’t try there food but the breakfast was okay the employees was polite and humble asked everytime that we need something the room was good for that price it was clean well with all the amenities Only disappointment was that they didn’t clean the room for whole day when we were not there,as it was informed to do and it is not family friendly,good for bachelor,okay for couples besides all these things stay was good.

It was really bad room wasn’t ready also inside there was no hot water in bathroom and also they took extra money from me and there bathroom was really bad

Bad service quality, bad smell all around the hotel, rude staff :

Solo stay is good but family not recommended. You have to remind a lot about basic services but they do listen. Overall a decent average and worth the buck you spend. There are better options but then you have to pay too. Valuer for money deal.

My room experience is great, and everything else from location to restaurant is good. Just on arrival, the staff(joy) at counter was rude about the booking that was done online wasn't showing on the system
