The room was at a good location only disappointment was same menu for breakfast for served for all days

I've stayed there 3 times and all the time got disappointment last time I was checking with my fiancé and I'm showing the confirmation booking from make my trip and guy keep insisting to tell me to check with make my trip because he doesn't have booking and after 10 minutes he said he have after a lot of stress and it took more than 20 minutes to check-in when it was 3:30 am in the morning

I had paid for a bathtub room which was clearly mentioned while booking and at the hotel the receptionists clearly disagreed to the same by same they have some rooms with bathtub and some rooms aren’t with bathtub, very disappointed as it was lied to get the booking done

Room size too small. Smart tv not working. Difficult to get taxi in peak hours. No issues with room service

All are good. The food are so good the toilet also so clean plus i like because it's so comfortable to sleep thank you somuch.

The best view of Dubai, with nice walk way creek and yatch,boats from canopy. A pleasant stay place for family and tourists wonderful service budget friendly,no hidden charges, best service, best Staff behaviour with quality guidance. Room interior and facilities was amazing.

The room was spacious with a great design and fully equipped amenities, from the coffee station to the bathroom. The hotel's aesthetic was impressive, and we loved the unique design throughout, from the exterior to the lobby and corridors leading to the room. The location is excellent, with a restaurant, bar, and a nearby supermarket, and the atmosphere outside was truly wonderful. I'm thrilled to have received such a good deal and hope they continue to offer affordable prices so more guests can enjoy their stay. Special thanks to pooja for assisting us and providing a nice roo she was very approachable and helpful.
