I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, the experience was quite good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities like the pool and gym were well-maintained. The service was generally good throughout the property. However, I was disappointed with the behavior of the receptionist — not very welcoming or helpful. Also, be aware that even basic complimentary items are strictly one-time use. For example, if you ask for an extra sachet of sugar, they’ll charge you for it. That part felt a bit unfriendly and stingy. Otherwise, a decent stay.
