Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel, Dubai

We stayed there for 8 nights. It was a wonderful experience. 1. Location - very well located as it's attached to a metro station, and the emirates mall. 2. Breakfast buffet - it's a nice spread, and the staff try to go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. 3. Rooms - the room we stayed in had a nice city view where we could see the bustling city. 4. Housekeeping staff - i am calling this out especially because the housekeeping staff were spectacular. Special mention to mi-ah who made our room and each time ensured there was a special surprise for my daughter in how the bed was made, once her marine animals toys were arranged on the bed as well.

Our stay in sheraton was very good, this is the third time we are staying in sheraton and the quality is still the same for the past 10 years. The best part of sheraton is the location that it’s well placed to all the sight seeing attractions of dubai as you don’t have to travel very far. One can enter the mall of emirates from the second floor through the lift which makes very convenient to shop, use metro, use the food court or various restaurants in the mall. Rooms are well maintained, the breakfast spread is awesome, in-room dining is amazing and the staff are very courteous. If i have to go again to dubai, i will be staying in sheraton.

Every bit of our stay was a pleasure, starting from the check-in to food, ambience, location, views, staff friendliness and check-out! nothing can beat its location, bang on the mall of emirates with an internal connection. The front office staff were very receptive in accommodating our requests & ensured a very pleasant stay. Truly value for money.

Had a comfortable stay with smooth check in and check out. Rooms were neat and clean. The Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel, Dubai is connected to the mall of emirates, which is the highlight. Easy access to mall with swimming pool at the roof top offering great view. Will stay again for sure.

The stay was good. Had very welcoming staff throughout, and hospitality was amazing. Food was amazing with a lot of spread to offer. The room was tidy and spacious and had everything that you needed for a comfortable stay. Got customer support 24/7 without any hassle
