DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai, Jumeirah Beach

It was an amazing experience. The staff at reception was exceptionally helpful and very efficiently took care of our needs. The breakfast was excellent and all food items were so fresh and tasty. A special mention for staff at their Gastro Kitchen for providing outstanding service and even taking care of our special requirements of some south Indian dishes. Location of this Hotel is fantastic with a full view of Beach and Ain Wheel and of course breathtaking Sun set view. The only drawback of this Hotel was the traffic congestion during peak hrs, but this was a very small issue in front of the comfort and service this hotel provided during stay.

the house keeping is not good at all for one item you have to call 3 to 4 times and the food in the restaurant is also not good horrible experience

It was wow experience! Right from beginning service was on top class. Hotel staff were very courteous, polite and always willing to go to any extent to give best service. Thanks team for making our trip memorable.

I went there for check in then I wanted to upgrade to the other suite but in online its not showing any option and there one worker named mariem and micheal from yhe previous shift helped me and tried to upgrade my suite to the other one with good price and also they have fazaa card discount with was very helpful as well, the greeting cookies is so delicious i might drive all the way to have this cookie hahah, the workers are helpful the place is clean the restaurant is so good and the most amazing thing is the pool is open until 9pm so no need to be rushed like really i liked the staying and i did extend one more day, was my best comfortable 4 days.

Food, pool, facilities, spacious and clean rooms, balcony view, staffs. Everything were good.

Jbr location is very superb. Breakfast is very good & delicious. Service is good. But only 1 suggestion pls install rain shower in each bathroom. This is very need. Because water flow is very slow in hand shower. Rest all are good. Thx double tree staff & managment. My self manish garg. Very comfortable stay at double tree by hilt-on @jbr. And breakfast also very good. And the location is very very super hot. On beach.

Kindly avoid hospitality is literally poor and the main area of the resort is. E the pool area was shut down if know earlier would not have booked. Room service is pathetic

Overall amenities are good. Must visit place and close to jumeriah beach.

I stayed at Doubletree By Hilton for my first anniversary trip. The stay was very comfortable except for one small fact that our friends had requested the hotel to decorate our room and send a cake (they also paid for the upgrade. So they weren't asking it for free). But all that happened only after making several requests to the front desk. We had to remind them. They had promised candle and flower decor, but all they did was make 2 peacocks from bath towels on the bed with a very shabby handwritten note happy anniversary on a small piece of paper.

Great stay hotel staff was very friendly.

Good place to relax on Beach and great service

First time with my fiance and we absolutely fell in love. The hotel, the location, the surrounding better than any dream i've dreamt. One of the best properties and areas to stay at in Dubai.
