The S Hotel Al Barsha

This is my first time in S hotel and the stay was terrible because the Front office supervisor who told me that you need to pay extra charge for late checkout. I were totally understand that if someone want late checkout then they need to pay extra charge but in another side this is responsibility of front office staff that give a call around 12 o clock for asking that you want extend your stay or late check out but they didn’t even bothered to call me.call me 2:25pm and directly saying that you need to pay 150 aed extra for late checkout, I immediately pack my luggage with my wife and with in a 10 minute I was down. Same I ask to who assisted me that is this not a rule or your responsibility that you guys need to give me just a call and he accepted that yes it is there mistake also but he also told but the Front office supervisor very rudely told me that they will not pay me back and they will charge the money from my deposit 100 aed and 50 I need to pay extra, which I refused because it is not my mistake that when system is automated generated late charge then front office staff is giving me a call, this is kind of generating extra money from guest. But told to give him 50 aed discount atleast. Is this is way of talking to MMT gold member guest and is this a kind of hospitality is showing The S hotel. At last I want to say that I am not bothering about my 100 aed but the way behaved me seriously it’s very shameful and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone of my friends.

Place was good but the location is little far from the metro. hotel have pick up and drop services which is very helpful

I stayed at the S Hotel, Al Barsha for one night and had a very good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the service was smooth. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The hotel is good, but the room is very small and morning to much of noise however it's mentioned that sound proof room.

In the bathroom not provided hot water which make us so uncomfortable to keep fresh after coming back from outside as the weather was freezing really made us disappointed. My rating is so so

my stay was fantastic. clean room with comfortable bed and polite staff. I had indian briyani from fusion Restaurant was great. overall I liked the hotel and will.come back.

Actually it was not really fantastic, room was very small and no slippers, extra tissues were provided. Dinner buffet was good with a lot options but breakfast was very limited and not much options. Over all it’s pretty expensive compared to the price.

The experience was amazing, i stayed for a week and everything was just perfect. The staff were nice and welcoming. The room were clean and pleasant. 10/10

Excellent and clean room. Good breakfast options, courteous and prompt staff. Suggest increase the swimming pool timings beyond 6 pm. Great overall experience

Nice quiet room, nice quiet area with great amenties, small shopping mall nearby with food outlets and cheap groceries. However, no hot water, no one cleaned the room, no valet and no one picks up when you call reception.

The rooms we booked were not available upon check in, they said they would upgrade us to a family suite (we booked connecting rooms) which was 2 rooms next to each other but no connection. We had to split up with 1 parent to each room instead of spending the night with my wife. 🤦‍♂️

No hair blower, refrigerator doesn't work and food also not good

We asked ceramic cup for coffee & they do not provide & no one bother, bed sheet has big black spot stain, no green tea provided, bathroom drainage is block, very few tv channel. Need to improve service. coffee cup for guest?your orginization should care about sustainability.
